These are stated to be xxx wide and have no exact labelling on just how wide that is but they appear to be between a 3E and 4E and have a deeper toe box and removable insole so would be perfect if you use an Orthotic. If you are looking for an even wider fit then we would recommend our range of Easy b shoes which will provide the very widest fit on offer but these should suit you if have just started looking at moving up to a wider fit from a standard fit.
