These lighter, softer more casual leisure shoes from DB are a brilliant half way between an active trainer type shoe and a traditional great supportive shoe. Although not specialist shoes designed for sport they would allow you to do light Gym work and should be the perfect shoe for physiotherapy or  rehabilitation as well as for travel and leisure.
